By booking our services, you hereby consent to the secure storage and processing of the information provided by you.

When making a booking, we collect and process the information necessary to complete the transaction. We do not store credit and debit card details however our bank and payment processor will have access to such transaction information and may be able to supply us with the details necessary to deal with a payment dispute or chargeback.

For payments made to us via bank transfer, we will have access to customer account name, account number and sort code, all of which are standard practice for transactions carried out using this payment method.

How Do We Use Your Data?

The data we collect is used to help us carry out your booking and comply with relevant legal and licensing regulations. We may use your data for the following purposes:

  • Entering into a contract with you and processing your travel request;
  • Providing and managing your travel;
  • Personalising and tailoring your experience on our website;
  • Replying to emails and telephone enquiries;
  • Analysing the use of our website to enable us to continually improve the overall user experience;

Any instances of misconduct or breaches of our Terms and Conditions by the traveller may be saved in our records and retained indefinitely for the purpose of ensuring that such travellers are prevented from using our travel service in the future.

How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to use it as described above and/or for as long as we have your permission to retain it.

Data relating to confirmed bookings is held for a minimum period of two years in order to comply with local licensing regulations and this is a standard retention period for all private hire operators licensed by the same authority.

All personal data is processed and stored securely, however may be transferred electronically outside the EU. As an example, information relating to bookings may be saved on or transferred through email or file servers operated by large technology providers such as, among others, Microsoft, Dropbox, Apple or Google.

Do We Share Your Data?

We will never sell your data or use it without your consent except where required to do so by law and/or local licensing regulations.

Your Rights

In accordance with your legal rights as a data subject, you may at any time request a copy of the data we hold about you. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee of £10 GBP or thereabouts in order to cover the administration costs of carrying out your request.
