Covid-19 Safety
Passenger Information
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have put in place certain measures to ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers.
- All our drivers are fully vaccinated.
- Cars will be sanitised with anti-bacterial cleanser before and after every journey. These areas will include seat coverings, seat belts, arm rests, internal/external door handles and door trims.
- Passengers should sit in the rear of the vehicle whenever possible.
- Both driver & passengers will be required to wear a face mask inside the vehicle. (Disposable masks available to passengers.)
- Both driver & passengers will be required to use hand sanitiser before entering the vehicle. (Hand sanitiser available to passengers.)
- Drivers will only assist with luggage if requested to do so by the passenger.
- The driver will not drive if he/she has any Covid-19 symptoms or has knowingly been in contact with anyone within the past 7 days who shows symptoms or has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or been advised to self-isolate. The passenger must also declare the same.
Whilst we will take every care to provide a Covid-19 safe travelling environment, we cannot accept responsibility for transmission of the virus. These measures will be continually reviewed in line with the regulating authority and any changes deemed necessary will be implemented.
